Hop In is a neighbourhood café on Gymea Bay Road, open until 10pm every day. Proper coffee from early. Breakfast until 2pm. Lunch and dinner from 11am — burgers, sandwiches, pasta and salads — alongside acai bowls, pancakes, French toast and, yes, the croffles.
